1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Cursito ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, do not use the Platform.

2. Service description

Cursito is an online learning platform offering technology and programming courses. Users can purchase courses, access their content permanently, and participate in the affiliate program.

3. User accounts

You must register with truthful information. You are responsible for the security of your account. Cursito is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.

4. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed through PayPal. Prices are shown in USD. If you have an issue with your purchase, you may contact us within the first 5 calendar days to request a review. Each request is evaluated individually by our team.

5. Affiliate program

Upon your first purchase, you receive a unique affiliate code. Generated commissions are released 5 days after each referred sale (refund period). Cursito may withhold or cancel commissions in case of suspected fraud, system abuse, or refunds.

The minimum withdrawal is $20 USD. Payments are made in USDC. The network transaction fee is the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Vault

The Vault is an additional 5% reward for each referred sale. The Vault balance can only be withdrawn when the accumulated amount reaches 100% of the price of the course that generated that Vault. The accumulation cap is 125% of said price.

7. Intellectual property

All course content (videos, texts, code, exercises) is the property of Cursito or its instructors. Purchasing a course grants personal, non-transferable access. Redistribution, resale, or reproduction of content without written authorization is prohibited.

8. User conduct

It is prohibited to use the Platform for fraudulent activities, create fake accounts to generate commissions, artificially click affiliate links, or any activity that violates applicable laws.

9. Limitation of liability

Cursito does not guarantee uninterrupted Platform availability. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the user in the last 12 months.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you by email of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform implies acceptance of the updated terms.
